What Do You Want Us to Ask Mount Pleasant Village Board Candidates?
The election is in three weeks and we're having a candidates forum on March 21, but we want to know what you'd like us to ask them here on Patch.

In three weeks from today, Mount Pleasant residents will head to the polls to elect three trustees and a village president.
All seats have a two-year term. The president makes $12,500 per year and trustees bring in $6,500 per year.
Two incumbent trustees are running to retain their seats while Trustee Karen Albeck is running to be the village president. Because Albeck isn't running for her trustee seat, too, the deadline to file nomination papers was extended for 48 hours. Resident Steve Herek took advantage of the extension and submitted the necessary materials to get his name on the ballot.
