What Would You Like to See in the Old Sentry Space?

Sentry has been closed for two months now, and Nutritional Designs Pharmacy is open at the corner of Sycamore and Washington.

The grocery store announced in November 2012 that it would close in January.

Ron Meyer, planning director in Mount Pleasant, said the village has not gotten any inquiries from interested parties. Still, staffers talk about tenants who might fit in that space.

"The Sentry space is big enough for something like a sporting goods store, but it could also be divided for perhaps two new businesses like what Michael's and Office Depot did with the old Best Buy building," he said.
