100+ Sponsors Lined up For Jammin' On Janesville

The first Jammin' on Janesville is coming up June 7 and will include more than 45 activities and 27 $1 menu items.

As the first Jammin' on Janesville draws near, the Muskego Chamber of Commerce has announced more than 100 businesses are sponsoring this year's event.

Jammin' on Janesville, on Janesville Road in the heart of Muskego, will be held from 5 to 10 p.m. the first Fridays of June, July and August. More than 45 activities, 27 $1 menu items, six beer stops and 13 bands are planned.

Activities range from a free beer and wine tasting, to dunk tanks and bouncy houses, to live animals. Bands vary from rock to country.

Organizers saw more than 5,000 people at each event last year and expect that number to increase this year.

"We are thrilled at the level of enthusiasm for this year’s Jammin' on Janesville," Chamber Executive Director Tina Weiss said in a news release. "Really, our event map has exploded with activities, dollar menu items, and live music venues. There really is something for everyone at Jammin’ on Janesville 2013."

The five corporate sponsors this year are ATI Physical Therapy, Lakeshore Medical Clinic, Muskego Patch, Safeway Pest Management and Sandoval Dental Care. Those businesses, the chamber and the city of Muskego provide a majority of funding, according to a news release.
