Closing Date Set For Muskego Park Beach
Residents have a couple more weeks left to enjoy the Muskego Park beach, which will close for the season Aug. 20.
The rumors are true: summer will eventually come to an end.
For some folks (and things), the ending comes sooner rather than later. That's the case for the Muskego Park beach, which will close for the summer at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 20.
In its Patch blog, Waukesha County Park System announced closing dates for Muskego and five other beaches. The beaches are only open when lifeguards are on duty; swimming is prohibited when beaches are closed.
Until then, beach hours are from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. County Park entrance fees, which includes use of the beach, are $4 per car each day.
