Drug Deals with Undercover Officer Lead to Charges for Muskego Man

Collaboration between an informant and the Waukesha County Metro Drug Enforcement Unit lead to two counts each for manufacturing, delivering and trafficking of heroin

A Muskego man is facing a maximum penalty of 32 years in prison, $70,000 in fines or both if he's convicted on two counts of manufacturing and delivering heroin and maintaining a drug trafficking place after reports state he met up with an undercover officer to sell the drug.

According to the criminal complaint:

Jordon Ebbot, 30 of Muskego met narcotics officers in June and July of 2012 at the Muskego Walmart parking lot to sell them packets of heroin, with $60 being purchased at the first meeting, and $100 at the second meeting. A confidential informant had arranged for the meeting.

Ebbot was taken into custody in October in Waukesha, where he admitted to police that he met with the officer on both occasions to sell heroin.

Charges were filed on April 26, with a $10,000 bail set in Waukesha County Circuit Court.
