First Business In New Strip Mall Could Open In September
A new retail center under construction at Janesville and Moorland roads should be done by Labor Day.
Construction of a new strip mall at Janesville and Moorland roads is expected to finish by Labor Day, with the first business possibly opening the same month.
Starbucks is the only business officially confirmed for the new building, which has space for three or four tenants. Its opening date is not finalized, but it may open in September, Mayor Kathy Chiaverotti said.
The strip mall's developer, Boulder Venture LLC, hopes to have information on more tenants in the coming weeks, Chiaverotti said.
