Group Seen Looking Into Vehicles; One Arrested
Officers on foot patrol on Cornell Circle in the overnight hours Aug. 22 arrested a 28-year-old man for a warrant.
Two officers saw multiple people looking into vehicles on Cornell Circle, near Janesville Road and Durham Place.
According to the department newsletter, the officers were on foot patrol about 2:45 a.m. Aug. 22 when they confronted people seen peering into cars.
