Seeing Luther Parker's headstone surrounded by wildflowers and overgrown greenery seemed odd, especially amongst the backdrop of so many well kept homes. But then you start to understand why this prairie exists when you read the sign to the Luther Parker Cemetery. The people buried in the cemetery were early settlers in the area and you just can't help but wonder what they would think of this place now?
