Janesville Road Speed Limits to Change
It's construction season in Muskego, so as the temps rise, the speed limits fall along the Janesville Road construction zone. Just how light should your foot be on the pedal?
Get used to taking your foot off the gas starting Monday, as the beginning of the final work on Janesville Road in Muskego will mean lower speed limits.
Starting Monday, April 8, the speed limit on Janesville Road between Moorland Road and Lannon Drive will be reduced to 25 mph while the final phase of construction is finished, according to the Muskego Police Department.
As that work is expected to wrap by June 15, the other half of the roadway from Lannon Drive to Racine Avenue will begin to undergo major construction, so it's likely to slow speeds down on that end.
