Man Who Drove Over Roundabout Near Muskego Enters Not Guilty Plea for 4th OWI
Charged with his 4th offense OWI after an arrest in Muskego, a Greendale man enters a plea of not guilty as a trial is pending.

A Greendale man is maintaining his innocence in an incident that led to his arrest for his 4th OWI in Muskego.

However, despite a blood alcohol content of 0.21, Rodriguez has entered a not guilty plea in Waukesha County Circuit Court, where he is also charged with tampering with an ignition interlock device, driving under revocation and operating under the influence of a prohibited alcohol content.

Reports stated that Rodriguez was en route from his workplace in Menomonee Falls to West Bend, and he told police he had no idea where he was when he was arrested. His next court appearance is scheduled for May 13. No trial date has been set as of yet.
