Muskego 8th Grader Does it Again!

Noah Bindas wins Overall Alpine Championship for second year

Noah Bindas, an 8th grader at Lake DeNoon Middle School won the overall Alpine Skiing championship for the second year in a row at the US Ski and Snowboard U14 Central Championship in Marquette, MI February 22-24. This year marked the reunion of Region 1 including MN, IA, western WI and the Dakotas to the Central Championships that also included MI, WI , OH, MO and IL competitors. Over 350 Athletes competed at Marquette Mountain. Noah topped the podium in 4 of the 6 events, and finished second in the remaining two. This gave Noah the overall championship, as well as the first place seed to the Rocky Central Junior Championship to be held March 12-17 in Steamboat Springs, CO.
