Muskego Company Wins State Award for Environmental Practices
Inpro produced Environmental Product and Health Product Declarations to illustrate the environmental and health impacts of their products.

Madison - Muskego-based Inpro, a manufacturing company that specializes in developing building facility protection systems, has garnered a state-level recognition for their environmental work.
For the 27th year in a row, the WMC Foundation has recognized companies with the 2016 Wisconsin Business Friend of the Environment Award. This year, a total of nine winners were chosen for programs that demonstrate an innovative approach to environmental protection, or a level of effort beyond that which is required by regulatory compliance.
As a first in their industry, Inpro produced Environmental Product Declarations and Health Product
Declarations to illustrate the environmental and health impacts of their products. They have continued
a commitment to this transparency and have now made a six-figure investment in SoFi Sustainable
Enterprise software and GaBi Product Sustainability and Environmental Accounting Software.

This year's award winners represent companies - both large and small - that have made significant improvements in the areas of sustainability, environmental stewardship and environmental innovation. Offering specific examples of successful programs, these winners demonstrate that sound environmental practices are good for Wisconsin's environment and its economy. They serve as important examples for industry.
