Muskego Police Blotter Feb. 10-17: Package Thefts at House; Gas Theft; Walmart Theft; House Toilet-Papered

MUSKEGO, WI — Muskego police had a busy week at the end of January, issuing 40 citations, 6 warnings and responding to numerous calls for service - some that turned out to be out of the ordinary. Here are the notable police calls for Feb. 10-17- as provided by the Muskego police department:

  • February 10, 2017; 5:07pm – An 18 year old Illinois resident was arrested in the W17000 block of Janesville Rd for attempted credit card fraud. She was transported to the Waukesha County Jail.
  • February 10, 2017; 5:36pm – A resident in the W15400 block of Mystic Dr reported multiple thefts of packages delivered to his house. The matter is under investigation.
  • February 10, 2017; 8:35pm – Jetz Convenience Center, S69 W15461 Janesville Rd, reported a gas theft involving a maroon GMC Jimmy. Officers checked the area but could not locate the vehicle.
  • February 11, 2017; 12:30am – A 23 year old Milwaukee resident was arrested in the W18000 block of College Ave on drug related charges.
  • February 11, 2017; 2:43am – A 22 year old Milwaukee resident received a traffic citation in the W16000 block of College Ave for having a suspended driver’s license. A 24 year old passenger was arrested for a probation and parole violation and was transported to the Waukesha County Jail.
  • February 11, 2017; 4:11am – A 34 year old Muskego resident and a 29 year old Milwaukee resident were arrested in Mukwonago, by the Mukwonago Police Department, for three counts of retail theft that occurred at Wal-Mart, W159 S6530 Moorland Rd.
  • February 11, 2017; 12:30pm – Wal-Mart, W159 S6530 Moorland Rd, reported a retail theft in progress involving a suspect described as: a m/w, brown hair, approx. 20-30 years of age, wearing a red striped knit hat, fleeing in a black Pontiac 4dr last seen heading north on Moorland Rd. Officers checked the area but could not locate the vehicle. The matter is under investigation.
  • February 12, 2017; 12:21am – Officers assisted the Dodge County Sheriff’s Department in the S7500 block of Kathryn Dr attempting to contact a suspect from a chase in Dodge County. The subject’s identity was learned and provided to the Dodge County Sheriff’s Department.
  • February 12, 2017; 1:53am – Officers responded to TJ’s Roundabout, S102 W19570 Kelsey Dr and advised an intoxicated patron about his behavior. The customer was given a ride home by another customer.
  • February 13, 2017; 3:11am – Two Milwaukee residents, 23 and 27 years old, were arrested at Wal-Mart, W159 S6530 Moorland Rd, for retail theft. The 27 year old was also arrested for drug related charged and three valid warrants.
  • February 13, 2017; 5:32am – A business in the W17800 block of Janesville Rd reported a broken window and the theft of lottery tickets. The matter is under investigation.
  • February 13, 2017; 9:41am – A business in the W18600 block of Gemini Dr reported a theft by contractor incident. The matter is under investigation.
  • February 13, 2017; 1:12pm – Walgreens, S70 W15775 Janesville Rd, reported an attempt theft by someone impersonating an FDA Inspector. The matter is under investigation.
  • February 13, 2017; 3:43pm – A resident in the S6900 block of Elm Dr reported their house was toilet papered and covered in an unknown substance.
  • February 14, 2017; 3:51pm – A 28 year old Muskego resident was arrested in the W15300 block of Janesville Rd for urinating in the parking lot of a business.
  • February 14, 2016; 5:17pm – A 29 year old Milwaukee resident received two citations in the W14400 block of Janesville Rd for not having a drivers license and for not having car insurance.
  • February 15, 2017; 1:49am – A 22 year old Waukesha resident was arrested in Butler, by the Butler Police Department, for an outstanding Muskego warrant. The subject was transported to the Waukesha County Jail.
  • February 15, 2017; 3:50pm – A resident in the S7800 block of Sanctuary Ct reported being the victim of credit card fraud.
  • February 16, 2017; 1:12am – A 22 year old New Berlin resident was arrested in the S6500 block of Moorland Rd for OWI #2, an outstanding warrant and also received a traffic citation for having a revoked driver’s license.
  • February 16, 2017; 11:42am – A 29 year old Muskego resident was arrested in the S7900 block of Baylane Pl for a probation & parole warrant and was transported to the Waukesha County Jail.
  • February 16, 2017; 3:27pm – A resident in the S7400 block of Park Dr reported being the victim of identity theft. The matter is under investigation.
  • February 16, 2017; A business in the W17000 block of Janesville Rd reported finding a purse which contained drug paraphernalia. The matter is under investigation.
  • February 17, 2017; 6:09am – A 35 year old Milwaukee resident was arrested by the Milwaukee Police Department, in Milwaukee, for three outstanding Muskego warrants. The subject was transported to the Milwaukee County Jail.
