Big Impact For Drivers Who Exit I-43 At Moorland Rd

No left turns due to paving the center of the intersection from Oct. 19 -Oct. 26, New Berlin Police say.

NEW BERLIN, WI —A big impact for drivers who exit I-43 at Moorland Road and then take Beloit Road West, according to New Berlin Police Department. From Oct. 19 through Oct. 26, there will be no left turns from Moorland (CTH O) to Beloit Rd (CTH I). Right turns only from Beloit to Moorland. The closure is for paving the center of the intersection.

According to Waukesha County Public Works:

  • During a seven-day period, it won't be possible to make certain turns at the Moorland - Beloit intersection:
  • Drivers going north on Moorland Rd: no left turn to Beloit Rd westbound• drivers going south on Moorland Rd: no left turn to Beloit Rd eastbound.
  • Drivers going west on Beloit Rd: no left turn to Moorland Rd southbound; no proceeding through intersection.
  • Drivers going east on Beloit Rd: no left turn to Moorland Rd northbound; no proceeding through intersection.
