Expect Cleveland Avenue Road Construction In New Berlin
Waukesha County said it will start construction on Cleveland Avenue next month.

NEW BERLIN, WI — Expect construction and lowered speed limits along Cleveland Avenue starting next month.
Waukesha County Public Works announced that construction will begin on Cleveland Avenue between S. 124th Street and S. Calhound Road starting July 7.
The county said Tuesday the project involves resurfacing asphalt pavement on the road and maintaining the culvert lining on the Deer Creek bridge.

It added the project will be administered by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
The road will remain open to traffic during construction, however the speed limit will be lowered to 25 mph. The county said that motorists should expect construction flagging operations and should look for alternative routes when possible.
