He was the youngest mayor to achieve this, and was known for his commitment to the community. Equally important, Tim and his wife Pat Tully taught their daughters that they could accomplish anything they set their mind to, and encouraged them to leave the world a better place.

“There was an outpouring from the community upon news of Mayor Tully’s passing. The mark he left behind on this community was certainly made evident. We wanted to memorialize his civic contributions, while expressing our gratitude for his presence in our lives….what better location than the serenity of our wonderful Malone Park. I’m sure Tim spent many happy hours at Malone Park, enjoying 4th of July celebrations with family and friends throughout the years” Mayor Dave Ament said in a release.
