2 Escape New Berlin Fire With Minor Injuries

The New Berlin Fire Department was dispatched to a house fire on Sunday in the 3300 block S. Hickory Rd.

NEW BERLIN, WI— At least two people suffered minor injuries in a house fire in New Berlin Sunday morning, officials said.

The New Berlin Police and Fire Departments were dispatched to the house fire in the 3300 block S Hickory Rd. Smoke. Flames could be seen shooting from an attached garage, officials said in a news release.

Firefighters got the blaze under control within 30 minutes. The two injured people were released on the scene.
