Helmer also motioned to have the administration create a plan to remove the indoor mask-mandate for summer school and a path forward to continue to remove more mitigation measures as the district transitions back to normal for fall 2021. The motion passed 5-2.

Helmer clarified this wasn't a vote to do it but this is the direction that he felt the district needed to start looking at.
