New Berlin Walgreens Now Offers Walk-In COVID-19 Vaccinations

Walgreens is offering free, no-appointment COVID-19 vaccinations at stores in New Berlin, Brookfield and Waukesha.

NEW BERLIN, WI — Walk-in COVID-19 vaccinations are now available at Walgreens stores in several Wisconsin cities, including New Berlin. People can now get a free vaccination without an appointment, the retailer announced Friday.

Stores in Brookfield, Waukesha, Glendale and Wauwatosa will offer free vaccinations without a scheduled appointment as well.

Walgreens recommends younger age groups approved to specific vaccines, specifically those between 12 and 15, to call ahead and ensure availability.

Vaccination appointments for such children can be made at CVS locations as well.

People can schedule COVID-19 vaccination online, through their local health department websites, by calling 800-Walgreens or by calling their local Walgreens. Same-day appointments can be made online or over the phone.
