The Aging Mastery Program to start in Ozaukee County
This new national program is an innovative and fun 10-week course designed to help adults and seniors master aging!
The Aging Mastery Program (AMP) is a fun, innovative, person centered education program that empowers the individual to embrace the gift of longevity. The program encourages mastery- sustainable behavior changes over many dimensions which lead to improved health, stronger economic security, and well-being. The first participants in the course offered spring of 2016 in Port, Fall of 2016 in Grafton, and Spring 2017 in Cedarburg will benefit from the grant, as the course fee is only $25.00 (a $75.00 savings) on the $100 value course! Be among the leaders in your community and enroll for the first course sc
