Duluth Trading Co. Not Concerned About Sale of Building
A sheriff's sale will find a new owner for the Smith Bros. building, but Duluth reps say they're in a solid long-term lease.
The iconic Smith Bros. building in downtown Port Washington goes on the block at a sheriff’s sale next month, according to the Ozaukee Press.
Neither tenant — Duluth Trading Co. or Franklin Energy — expects the sale to impact their long-term leases, the paper reported.
Duluth Trading Co., a retailer specializing in workwear for men and women, opened last September.
