Ex-Girlfriend Fraudulently Cashes Checks from Boyfriend's Account

A 41-year-old Random Lake woman may face charges after police say she fraudulently cashed checks out of her ex-boyfriend's account.

The Sheboygan County Sheriff's Department called police at 9:08 p.m. Sept. 2 to make them aware of the fraud that had taken place at a Saukville bank, according to police reports. The 41-year-old ex-girlfriend had cashed five checks totaling $960.00 by forging her ex-boyfriend's signature.

Requests for charges were sent to the Ozaukee County Sheriff's Office.
