Former Packer William Henderson Hosts Ride For Hope Weekend In Port Washington
Henderson is hosting the ride June 16-17 to raise money for Generations Against Bullying and local Ozaukee/Sheboygan charities.

PORT WASHINGTON - Where can you party with the Packers and raise money for a great cause? Henderson's Ride for Hope returns to Port Washington June 16-17 with seven-, 25- and 60-mile bike rides alongside retired and current Green Bay Packers, with a pre-race party and after-race party with the players.
Former Packer fullback and Super Bowl champion William Henderson is hosting this year's ride to raise money for Generations Against Bullying, an anti-bullying organization, as well as local charities in the Ozaukee and Sheboygan areas.
All rides and festivities begin at Coal Dock Park, where the Sprecher Brewery Beer Garden will be on hand all weekend (June 16-18) to provide food and froth.

The fun begins Friday, June 16, with a special social event with NFL greats, with autograph and photo opportunities. Riders can also pick up their registration packages Friday.
The ride begins the morning of Saturday, July 17, with the 60-mile ride leaving at 8:30 a.m., the 25-mile leaving at 9:30 a.m., and the seven-mile leaving at 10:30 a.m., all heading north to Sheboygan and ending back at Coal Dock Park for the after-party. In addition to the beer garden, the party will offer entertainment from the band Generation Z, silent auction, and fun for all ages.

Registration is open now and must be completed in advance. Riders can register online or in-person at Zuzu Pedals, 211 N. Franklin St. Registration rates vary from $15 for children for the seven-mile ride to $100 for a family of two adults and two children. The seven-mile ride is for children and families only; children are not allowed on the 25- and 60-mile rides. Those wishing to skip straight to the after-party can attend for just $25. Henderson is encouraging riders to share their input on which Green Bay players they would like to see at the event. They will take suggestions from those who "like" and comment on the Henderson's Ride for Hope Facebook page.
