Fourth of July in Port Washington, Saukville

Parades, fireworks and ice cream are all part of the 2013 Independence Day celebration in Port Washington and Saukville.

The Fourth of July is around the corner and both Port Washington and Saukville offer a number of activities to enjoy the holiday.

Port Washington (activities on July 4)

  • 11 a.m.: Parade in downtown Port Washington;
  • 11:30 a.m.: Mayor welcome, followed by bike decorating and judging. Live music will continue until 3 p.m.
  • Dusk: Fireworks.
There will also be a picnic and ice cream social at Veterans Park along the lake.

Saukville  (activities on July 4)
  • 1 p.m.: Parade
  • Activities to follow at Grady Park
  • Dusk: Fireworks at Peninsula Park
