Motorcycle, Van Fatal Crash Victims Identified: Report
Authorities say they have identified the person who died Sunday afternoon when a van and motorcycle collided on Highway 33.
SAUKVILLE, WI -- Authorities have identified the person who died Sunday afternoon in a fatal crash in the Town of Saukville.
The Ozaukee County Sheriff's office is reporting that the driver of a motorcycle Steven DeStrampe, 62, of Grafton, died in the crash. The driver of a van, Antonio York, 36, of Milwaukee, was also identified as being involved in the crash.
According to reports, the crash happened just after 3 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 33 and County Highway I in the Town of Saukville. Local authorities reportedly called for Flight for Life for emergency transport to the hospital, however authorities said DeStrampe died at the scene before Flight for Life could arrive.
