PORT WASHINGTON — A Port Washington man faces multiple drug charges after he was stopped by police in the Village of North Bay in Racine County.
Police say Jared Dvorak, 36, was stopped by police Friday just after 6 p.m. on a warrant through the Ozaukee County Sheriff for contempt of court on previous charges of OWI 2nd offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.
When police stopped Dvorak's vehicle, the Wind Point police officer observed an open bottle of UV blue Raspberry Vodka behind the driver's side seat on the floor as well as noting the smell of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle, his criminal complaint said.
