After 30 years doing alterations, some of that time spent working out of shops in Grafton, the former Lueptow building and most recently a shop on South Park Street, Jane's Handy Sewing has re-opened with a gift shop in Port's downtown.
"I am full service - I do everything from mending to hems and bridal," owner Jane Guetchidjian said, adding she had been trying to move back downtown for sometime but couldn't find a space.
They decides to ads the gift shop - which includes bridal items, accessories, piggy banks and more - to "pretty up" the place.
The store is located at 129 W. Washington Street.
