Port Aldermen Push to Go Paperless with Laptops, Tablets
The Common Council recently approved allowing Aldermen their pick of a laptop or tablet for use in conducting city business.

In a push to go paperless, Port Washington Aldermen will soon have their pick of a laptop or tablet for use in conducting city business, according to the Ozaukee Press.
The Common Council recently approved the purchase of the technology, which is estimated to run the city $340 to 500 each, the Press writes.Â
City officials say the equipment would pay for itself in about two years due to the reduced use of paper and the related savings.Â
