Property once slated for high-end development has been advertised on the market for the past two years.
In an attempt to sell a Port Washington south side lakefront property, Waukesha State Bank is reaching out to a national audience by advertising the property in the Wall Street Journal’s Mansion section, reported the Ozaukee Press.
The Wall Street Journal has featured Port Washington south side lakefront property once slated for massive, high-end development in the real estate Mansion section.
The 206-acre parcel is listed at $18 million. Waukesha State Bank took over the property two years ago through a foreclosure.
