Monday and Tuesday will likely see rain this week, but the skies will clear up for a calm week ahead.

PORT WASHINGTON-SAUKVILLE, WI — Starting tonight, we will see rain and possible storms the the Port Washington-Saukville area Monday night, with rain lasting through mid-Tuesday with winds reaching 15 mph.

Starting late Tuesday morning, we can expect to see sunny skies throughout the rest of the week. Rain might come Thursday, with a 20 percent chance of precipitation before the early afternoon.

The National Weather Service issued a hazardous weather outlook, warning of potentially severe storms Monday night.

Tonight: Showers and thunderstorms likely, mainly after midnight. Patchy fog before 2am, then patchy fog after 3am. Otherwise, cloudy, with a low around 67. South wind 5 to 15 mph becoming west after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New rainfall amounts between three quarters and one inch possible.

Tuesday: A chance of showers and thunderstorms before 10am, then a slight chance of showers between 10am and 1pm. Cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly sunny, with a high near 76. Northwest wind around 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%.

Tuesday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 57. Northwest wind 10 to 15 mph.

Wednesday: Sunny, with a high near 70. Northwest wind 10 to 15 mph.

Wednesday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 56. North wind 5 to 10 mph.

Thursday: A 20 percent chance of showers before 1pm. Mostly sunny, with a high near 68. Northeast wind around 10 mph.
