Twisted Willow, and organic and locally focused restaurant in Port's downtown, also opens its bar up before dinner begins.
The restaurant opens at 3 p.m. for what the website calls the "Happy Chill & Beer Emergency Hour; food is available starting at 4:30 p.m. Check out the restaurant's bar menu here.
