Jury Trial in August for Sexual Assault of Child Case
Corey Lapp faces second-degree charges of assaulting a child, along with exposing a child to harmful material.

A Waukesha County man faces a jury in late August after being charged with sexually assaulting a child.
Corey M. Lapp, 19, was charged in February with the second-degree offense, Class C felony, punishable by a maximum of 40 years in prison. His trial begins Aug. 22.
While out on bail, Lapp — who lives in Waukesha after moving from Lannon — also picked up a misdemeanor charge of lewd behavior after a woman told police she saw him masturbating in the parking lot of a McDonald’s.
