One of the biggest county fairs in southeast Wisconsin is the Washington County Fair, and it continues through Sunday. Darius Rucker — once of Hootie and the Blowfish — is the Friday music headliner and Daughtry tops the bill Saturday. Fair tickets are $10 for adults and $3 for kids 7-12; concert admission will set you back more.
Sports fans can drive up to Green Bay for the first weekend of Packers training camp, or find a TV at a “soccer bar” at 3 p.m. Sunday to see the USA try to win the CONCACAF Gold Cup over Honduras. (Because, frankly, that’s what I might do.)
