Sussex Lions Daze officially started Friday and will continue throughout the weekend.
The Sweet Tarts headlined the music stage and fireworks were lit off at dusk. Shortly after the gates were opened at 6 p.m., Village Park filled up quickly. However, Friday is just the start. There are still two event-filled days remaining at Lions Daze.
