Scott Adkins Joins Klassen Remodeling & Design as Project Manager

Sussex resident brings extensive background in technology, construction and real estate to award-winning remodeling firm

Butler, Wis. – Scott Adkins, a management and construction professional with experience in technology and real estate, has joined Klassen Remodeling & Design as its Project Manager.

Adkins, a Sussex resident, brings a wealth of knowledge and talent to Klassen Remodeling & Design. His primary responsibility is managing and expediting the firm’s trade partners to keep remodeling projects on schedule and destined for on-time completion. His extensive background, in both overseeing and working on projects, equips him well for day-to-day responsibilities of reviewing plans, managing materials, scheduling work and resolving issues.

Adkins comes from a family of tradespeople, and worked as a rough carpenter early in his career. He has been a realtor since late 2016 with First Weber Realtors.

Prior to entering real estate, Adkins gained tremendous project management experience during a 14-year career in technology administration. He managed numerous technology installations and upgrades, with diverse responsibilities covering scheduling, documentation, budgeting, needs analysis, and vendor selection for products and services. He supervised the day-to-day work of employees, and the progress of subcontractors involved in projects.

Adkins holds a B.S. in strategic management of information systems from Cardinal Stritch University. He serves as a village board trustee in Sussex.

Klassen Remodeling & Design recently earned its second consecutive Guildmaster Award, a customer service honor based on surveys by an independent rating agency. The firm won two Silver 2018 Wisconsin Remodeler of the Year Awards from the Milwaukee chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), after also winning two Silver awards in 2017.
