Sussex Celebrates National Night Out Wednesday
Here's a look at what's coming up this week in Sussex and the surrounding area.

National Night Out: Sussex will celebrate National Night Out from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday. Meet the emergency responders that keep Sussex residents safe, and check out their equipment. National Night Out celebrations take place in over 10,000 communities from all 50 states.
Ice Cream Social: The Pauline Haass Public Library is hosting an old-fashioned ice cream social. Soda, brownies and ice cream will all be on sale for $0.25 from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday. Face painting and games will available for the kids. Additionally, a used book sale will be held in the Quad Room.
Outdoor Movie Night: A showing of Dr. Suess' "The Lorax" will be held at 7 p.m. Friday in Weyer Park. Music and family games will open the festivities, and the movie will begin at 8 p.m. If it rains, a makeup date will be held on Aug. 16.

BluesFest: lovers will want to check out the Waukesha BluesFest, on Friday and Saturday at Naga-Waukee Park in Hartland.
Unique Camping: Families will have a rare chance to camp out a the Milwaukee County Zoo this week with the "Snooze at the Zoo" event on Wednesday and Thursday night. The event includes a picnic buffet, a s'mores campfire, a continental breakfast in the morning and free admission to the zoo the following day. The zoo's website as all the details.
