Wisconsin’s Open Enrollment Period Is Approaching
Wisconsin's enrollment period opens February 6th.
2017 is a year of new beginnings. And for many, that means looking for an alternative to their children’s current school or just want to learn more about their education options. Here at Wisconsin Connections Academy (WCA), one of Wisconsin’s first K-12 virtual public schools, we take the role of education seriously, and now you have the opportunity for your student and family to embark on a new direction by enrolling your student in WCA.
My name is Michelle Mueller and I am the principal of Wisconsin Connections Academy. I’ve seen the tremendous power our school has for students who have made the choice to learn a different way. Enrolling your student means that they will have the 21st century skills they need to succeed in college, in work and in life.
We bring a fully accredited program right to your family’s door – anywhere in Wisconsin. Through online collaboration between parents and teachers, your student will be given the tools they need to flourish in this year and beyond.

This year’s open enrollment period will begin on February 6, 2017 and close April 28, 2017 at 4pm. Any families interested in enrolling must complete an application during this designated time. Submitting an open enrollment application does not commit you to enroll, but keeps the option available for your student. I encourage you to learn more at a local or online information session.
