'Boo At The Zoo' Makes 2019 Return At Milwaukee County Zoo

Tickets are available until 5 p.m. on Oct. 16 or until the event is sold out, whichever is first.

MILWAUKEE COUNTY, WI — A seasonal favorite at the Milwaukee County Zoo is coming up.

Boo at the Zoo returns Friday, Oct. 18 and Saturday, Oct. 19 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Boo at the Zoo will feature family-friendly activities including a haystack maze, a pumpkin path, and temporary tattoos, in addition to other attractions.

Activities List

  • Stroll on the Pumpkin Path to see animals carved into pumpkins.
  • Travel through the Halloween Haystack Maze, constructed from haystacks, and visit with Halloween characters in the Otto Borchert Family Special Exhibits Building.
  • Get a spooky Halloween temporary tattoo in the Florence Mila Borchert Big Cat County. Be sure to visit the cheetahs, Imara and Kira.
  • Face painting will be available.
  • Try your hand at coloring Peanut’s crown.
  • Learn all about our nocturnal animals.
  • Purchase caramel apples, in the Peck Welcome Center.

Tickets are nonrefundable and good for the specific date purchased, parking is included
in the ticket price.

Adults: $10.25
Juniors (ages 3 to 12): $8.25
Children (2 and under): Free
Parking: Included in ticket price
