Milwaukee County Zoo: Share a personalized Mother’s Day virtual greeting from the Milwaukee County Zoo featuring one of nature’s best mothers!

The virtual greetings are a unique way to show the moms and loved ones how much you care and help protect animal moms in the wild. Part of the proceeds (10 percent) will benefit the Missing Orangutan Mothers (M.O.M) campaign.

For a one-of-a-kind virtual greeting, choose from one of the following animals to send your special message:

• Orangutan – Swing on in to tell mom how much she means!
• Snow Leopard – Tell your mom she’s the cat’s meow!
• Octopus – Send an 8-armed hug to the one who means the world to you!

Purchase your virtual greeting on the Zoo’s website milwaukeezoo.org; the cost: $25 per greeting. After the greeting is booked, a confirmation email will be sent with an online form to complete, which includes all the details necessary to create your message.

A 30-second (or longer) video will be created with animal care staff relaying your message and the featured animal displaying a special behavior.

Mother's Day Baby Goat Yoga at The Backyard: Sunday, May 9, 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., The Backyard Bay View, 2155 South Kinnickinnic Ave. Platinum Sky Farms joins MKE Yoga Social with their THREE MONTH OLD baby dwarf goats!!!
