CelticMKE Celebrates Green Season with Upcoming Family Day Event

Family Day - St. Patrick's Celebration in Wauwatosa takes place on Sunday, March 10 at the CelticMKE Center.

MILWAUKEE (March 4, 2019) – CelticMKE, Home of Milwaukee Irish Fest, will host its Family Day – St Patrick’s Celebration on Sunday, March 10, 2019. Families are invited to join in the early St. Patrick’s Day celebration filled with Celtic-inspired fun. Family Day will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the CelticMKE Center in the Village of Wauwatosa. Admission is only $10 per family at the door and includes all activities.

The event will feature a variety of family-friendly crafts and activities. Milwaukee’s own Irish music trio athas will perform, as well as Cashel Dennehy School of Irish Dance. New this year is a Lego station, provided by CelticMKE’s partner Tosa Blocks Party. Kids can enjoy a variety of crafts, learn an Irish instrument, partake in a family music session and meet Milwaukee Irish Fest’s mascots. There will also be a face painting station. Food and beverages will be available for purchase.

Attendees can take advantage of a special BOGO promotion for the 2019 Milwaukee Irish Fest, which takes place August 15 to 18 at the Henry W. Maier Festival Park.
