Cultural Event In Wauwatosa To Feature Indian Food
The public is invited to enjoy music and food from India during a family cultural event at the Wauwatosa Avenue United Methodist Church.
WAUWATOSA, WI — The public is invited to enjoy music and food from India during a family cultural event on Saturday, Sept. 28 from 4:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Wauwatosa Avenue United Methodist Church, 1529 Wauwatosa Ave.
Beginning at 5 p.m., Indian music will be shared and group games provided for children. Indian food will be served at 6 p.m. Childcare services will be available. A free-will offering will be collected to help cover costs.

Free parking is available in the surface lot behind the church, 1600 Underwood Ave., and in multiple city lots in the nearby village. Enter the building through any one of three doors off of the parking lot or the church’s main entrance on Wauwatosa Avenue.
“The WAUMC congregation invites all people to gather as friends, grow in faith and share God’s love. We strengthen our communities when we increase awareness and understanding of different cultures,” WAUMC Pastor Domnik Israel said.
