Egg & Flour Pasta Bar Now Open In Wauwatosa

WAUWATOSA, WI—Egg & Flour Pasta Bar opened its third location inside Metcalfe's Market on Tuesday.

The first Egg & Flour location opened in May of 2019 inside Crossroads Collective on Milwaukee's East Side and a second location opened in March 2020 in Bay View.

"We've been dreaming of an ideal Tosa location since the moment we decided to expand the concept from Crossroads Collective," Adam Pawlak said in the news release.

"Partnering with Kevin and the entire Metcalfe's Market team has been great, and I can honestly say that our Egg & Flour platform is a perfect fit for the market. We look forward to providing fresh pasta daily for people to prepare at home while offering a full menu of our dishes. I'm thankful and appreciative of this new opportunity and quite frankly, honored that Kevin has such faith in the concept and our abilities."

Pawlak recently appeared as a contestant on the "Hell's Kitchen" in early January. He was eliminated from the competition in March.

This latest Egg & Flour location will be similar to the brick and mortar Bay View location with a dining room and patio. Guests can also take orders to-go.

Guests will also be able to order beer, wine, and soda.
