In Spring 2021, community listening sessions were held to gather information about the strengths, issues, assets and barriers to health in Wauwatosa. Using the feedback we gathered during those listening sessions, we have developed a community-wide survey to hear from more Wauwatosa residents. Please take a brief survey on community health.

The ultimate goal of the CHA is to develop strategies to address the health issues and needs that have been identified by the community. These strategies will be contained within the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP), which will be produced in 2022. Community input is crucial to this process, and to our ongoing work to develop actionable strategies to assure the conditions of optimal health for all Wauwatosans.
