  • Committee of the Whole (July 6, 6:00 pm) will hear the Center for Public Safety Management report on Analysis of Police Department recruitment strategies, alternative responses, efficiency in service delivery, policy review, training assessment, promotional process, and strategic planning
  • Common Council (July 6, 7:30 pm) will talk about:
    • an ordinance amending the zoning map at 423 N. 98th St
    • approving a conditional use at 423 N. 98th St for a parking lot
    • approving a contract with MAXIM Healthcare Staffing services to hire additional staff for COVID-19 vaccination administration
    • approving a contract with raSmith for the 2022 Paving Program
    • approving a contract with Raftelis Novak Consulting Group to help identify and prioritize how to use American Rescue Plan funds
    • granting a liquor license to Empire Fish at 11200 W. Watertown Plank Road
    • authorizing an encroachment into City right-of-way adjacent to 3159 N. Knoll Terrace with landscaping
    • approving a change order for the sidewalk repair program contract
    • authorizing the execution of a permanent flood easement with MMSD
    • authorizing the execution of a funding agreement with MMSD for the installation of green alleys

For hybrid meetings, in-person attendance shall be open only to elected officials, city staff, and no more than four applicants that are named on meeting agendas.
