  • Plan Commission (June 7, 6:00 pm) will discuss:
    • A public hearing related to a conditional use for Vendetta Coffee Bar at 7613 West State Street
    • A public hearing related to a conditional use for The Fermentorium at 6933 West North Avenue
    • A public hearing related to a conditional use for a hospital and medical office building at 10000 West Blue Mound Road
    • A request for a zoning text amendment to add artist work or sales space to the C0 District
    • Proposed amendments to the zoning code to modify various regulations
  • Government Affairs (June 8, 6:00 pm) will discuss a special event permit for Tosa Greek Fest on July 16-18, a liquor license update for Ally's Powerhouse Café at 10460 Innovation Drive, updates from the Health Department related to allocation of funds on contact tracing and COVID testing, a resolution regarding proposed changes to the election-related legislation, reducing the size of the Common Council, and a review of Ad Hoc committee items including no knock warrants.
  • Transportation Affairs (June 8, 6:30 pm) will discuss an agreement with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for the construction of roadway improvements generally located on the lands east and west of I-41, north and south of Burleigh Street and west of the Union Pacific Rail Line. They will also review Public Works' annual report.
  • Community Affairs (June 8, 7:30 pm) will discuss the Health Department Annual Report, a request for a planned unit development at 11415 West Burleigh Street for signage, and pedestrian safety in right-of-ways and on medians.
  • Financial Affairs (June 8, 7:30 pm) will hear a report from the Finance Director regarding the 2022-2026 five-year general fund forecast.
  • Community Development Authority (June 9, 12:00 pm) will hear a request for façade forgivable loan funding and discuss the property located at 7746 Menomonee River Parkway.

Meeting Format

Meetings may be all virtual both in person and via Zoom. Please look at the individual agendas to see the meeting format for that specific meeting. For hybrid meetings, in-person attendance shall be open only to elected officials, city staff, and no more than four applicants that are named on meeting agendas.
