• Board of Public Works (June 1, 8:30 am) will discuss a request for an air condenser location variance, a contract for sanitary lateral grouting, and project updates.
• Committee of the Whole (June 1, 6:30 pm) will hear the Police Department annual report.
• Common Council (June 1, 7:30 pm) will talk about:
  • a zoning map amendment and preliminary plans at 2911, 2929, and 2949 North Mayfair Road
  • a zoning map amendment and preliminary plans at 1300 Glenview Place
  • design engineering services agreement with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and Graef-USA for design of North Avenue improvements, 95th St to Mayfair Rd
  • a resolution approving policy changes to promote equity and inclusion in procurement
  • a beer and wine license by Vendetta Coffee Bar at 7613 W State St
  • a resolution defining procedures for hybrid virtual/in-person meetings of the Common Council and standing committees, as well as citizen boards, committees and commissions through August 3, 2021
  • a resolution awarding the bid for a contract for sanitary lateral grouting

The Common Council passed a resolution that all citizen committees, standing council committees, and Common Council meetings are to be held in virtual format through June 1, 2021.

This means there will be no in-person attendance at city hall during meetings.
