An aide to State Sen. Leah Vukmir, R-Wauwatosa, accused of pushing a process server to the ground in Madison and using choice words toward the process server told the Wisconsin State Journal he was attempting to make the process server take back the documents when the process server tripped.
The process server testified in an affidavit obtained by the Wisconsin State Journal that “avoiding service … was unacceptable for a public office.”
Vukmir represents the 5th Senate District, which includes portions of Wauwatosa.
