Stolen Air Miles, Road Rage, Vehicle Thefts: Wauwatosa Police Log
Wauwatosa police have responded to over 50 calls between June 25-July 1.

WAUWATOSA, WI — The Wauwatosa Police Department responded to over 50 calls in the past week. These are the police logs from June 25 to July 1:
- A Wauwatosa woman reported that someone stole 50,000 of her airline miles, worth $1,475.
- Police arrested a man for endangering safety with a dangerous weapon and carrying a concealed weapon after a road rage incident on N. Mayfair Road.
- A man reported that someone stole his 2009 Toyota Matrix with the keys still inside on N. Swan Boulevard.
- A man reported that someone stole his work truck with the keys still inside on the intersection of N. Underwood Avenue and Milwaukee Avenue. The Milwaukee Police Department later found the truck on Thursday.
- A Wauwatosa man reported that someone smashed the passenger window of his pickup truck and stole multiple credit cards and money from it on N. Mayfair Road. The people that stole the cards charged over $1,000 with them.
- Someone entered a victim's unlocked garage and stole a specialized mountain bike in the 1000 block of Ridge Court.
- A Wauwatosa man reported that someone tried to steal his Kia Soul by forcefully entering it and damaging the steering column on the 8000 block of North Avenue.
- Police said that someone tried stealing a Hyundai Kona by smashing its passenger window and peeling its steering column on N. 65th Street.
- A Wauwatosa woman reported that someone broke into her Honda and rummaged around inside on the 8000 block of North Avenue.
- A man reported his rental Kia Forte was stolen without the keys around Discovery Parkway.
- A man reported that his rental Hyundai Elantra was stolen from the parking lot of the Residence Inn on Discovery Parkway. There was no surveillance video taken by the hotel, police said.
- A man reported that his rental Kia Sorento was stolen from the parking lot of the Residence Inn on Discovery Parkway. There was no surveillance video taken by the hotel, police said.
