The City of Wauwatosa is interested in learning more about our business community and how we can offer support. We will use the information you provide to help craft business assistance programs to meet your needs now and in the future.

This survey will help the City learn more about what you do, where you are, and how the City can help you succeed. All responses are voluntary, and we greatly appreciate you taking the time to respond. The survey should take 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
