Tosa West Within 2 Victories of State Berth
The Trojans routed Mukwonago 11-1 on Friday to win the regional title.
Wauwatosa West scored six times in the first and four in the second, routing Mukwonago 11-1 on Friday in the WIAA Summer Baseball tournament.
According to WisSports.net, Austin Jones pitched all five innings, striking out seven. He was one of three Trojans with two hits; John Syburg and Willie Belknapp were the others.
The victory sends third-seeded West against second-seeded Pius at 1 p.m. Monday at Brookfield Central. Â
